1. All services include Fortnight Written Warranty. This
warranty will include all services you receive from AVA TELECOM (here after,
referred as "We").
2. Because of software copyright, all software sales
are final, except for defective software medias.
3. All hardware sales are final, except for defective ones.
If it is during 2 weeks written warranty, the item will be exchanged with a
similar one. Otherwise, it will be covered by manufacturer's warranty.
4. All warranties are limited to manufacturing
defects only and does not cover any physical damage, software configuration,
or software compatibility.
5. There is a $30.00 service and administration
fee for products returned that are found not to be defective.
3. We are
not responsible for those hardware's for which Operating System does not have
a driver and the manufacturer does not provide proper driver for them.
4.
We are not responsible for Data Loss. Backing up of information is the sole
responsibility of the customer before our technician starts working on
customer's computer. If customer agrees, we can make a back up of your
information at your cost.
5. Protecting the computer against viruses is
sole responsibility of the customer. Even having an antivirus installed,
customer is responsible to update the software regularly.
6. We don't
accept installing illegal copy of any software's, except sharewares,
freeware's.
